PRESS RELEASE May 30, 2008 CBT Corporation, Inc., the parent company of
Citizens Bank and Trust Company, in Big Timber, has reached an agreement
to purchase the Continental National Bank of Harlowton. According to
Citizens Bank President, Rebecca Bowman, “This is a strategic move to
expand our presence in south central The purchase is scheduled to be completed in mid-summer. The two banks will be merged and operated as a state bank under the Citizens Bank & Trust Company charter. The restructure is subject to approval by the banking regulators.
